Workforce Monitoring and Privacy Notice

Workforce supports authorised business review of work activity, system availability and operational patterns. It is designed to provide proportionate visibility rather than covert surveillance.

Depending on configuration and approved scope, Workforce may report active and idle time, foreground application identity, active website hostname, device and agent status, classification results and daily work summaries.

• no screenshots, screen recording or live screen viewing;
• no keystrokes, typed text or clipboard content;
• no webcam or microphone capture;
• no full URL paths, query strings, page titles or page contents; and
• no general browser-history collection.

The customer is responsible for determining a lawful basis, providing clear employee or user notices, consulting representatives where required, limiting access, configuring proportionate retention and ensuring that monitoring complies with employment, privacy and workplace laws in each applicable location.

Workforce data and alerts are review signals and must be interpreted in context. Customers should not use a single metric or automated result as the sole basis for disciplinary, termination, compensation or other significant employment decisions.

Individuals should first contact the organisation that deployed Workforce because that organisation generally controls the monitoring purpose, user notice and employment context. ModuAxis will support lawful customer instructions and applicable data-rights processes under the customer agreement.
