This Privacy Policy explains how ModuAxis LLC handles personal information through moduaxis.com, business enquiries, demonstrations, account administration and ModuAxis software services. A customer order, service schedule or Data Processing Addendum may provide additional product-specific terms.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• contact and identity information, such as your name, business email, telephone number, organisation and job role;
• enquiry, demonstration, support and commercial correspondence;
• account, authentication, billing and transaction information when a commercial service is activated;
• technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, request timestamps, security logs and service diagnostics; and
• customer-provided service data processed under the applicable order and customer instructions.

The current public website does not provide a payment checkout or an online enquiry form. Email links open your chosen email service.

The current website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural advertising or non-essential analytics cookies. Website hosting and security providers may still process ordinary network and request metadata needed to deliver and protect the site.

ModuAxis operates from the United States and may use providers operating in other countries. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers. Product-specific hosting and data location commitments are stated in the applicable order or service schedule.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including contractual, security, legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. Customer service data is retained and deleted according to the applicable agreement, service configuration and lawful customer instructions.

We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. No internet or storage system is completely secure, and this Policy does not create an absolute security guarantee.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy authority.

Submit requests to office@moduaxis.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information needed to document and lawfully respond to the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

ModuAxis business services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the public website. Commercial accounts must be established by adults authorised to act for an organisation.

We may update this Policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate website or service notice.
