Subprocessor Information

Cloudflare may provide DNS, content delivery, network security and website hosting services for moduaxis.com and may process IP addresses and request metadata required to deliver and protect the website.

Production SaaS hosting, email, payment, support, monitoring and backup subprocessors will be published before they process customer production data. A demonstration or test environment is not represented as an approved production subprocessor arrangement.

Where a customer agreement provides subprocessor notice or objection rights, ModuAxis will follow that agreement. An objection must be based on reasonable data protection grounds and may require the parties to agree an alternative service arrangement.

This page will be updated when a provider begins or stops processing personal data for an applicable ModuAxis service. The current effective date identifies the published version.
