Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

The public website does not currently process payments or create self-service subscriptions. A subscription exists only after ModuAxis accepts an approved order form, proposal, checkout or other written commercial agreement.

The initial term, billing frequency and renewal method are stated in the applicable order. Where automatic renewal applies, the order will state the renewal period and any notice deadline for preventing renewal.

Unless an order provides a self-service cancellation method, an authorised customer representative must send a cancellation request to office@moduaxis.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term unless the order or mandatory law provides an earlier right.

Fees are non-refundable once a paid term begins, except where an approved order expressly provides a refund, ModuAxis fails to provide an agreed remedy, or applicable law requires otherwise. Unused time, inactive users and partial billing periods do not automatically create a credit.

Demonstrations, evaluations and controlled pilots are governed by their written scope. A pilot does not create a right to continued service, production use, a particular price or a refund unless the written pilot terms say so.

Either party may exercise termination rights stated in the applicable agreement. ModuAxis may suspend or terminate for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment, subject to any required notice and cure period.
