Data Retention Policy

ModuAxis retains personal and customer data only for a defined business, contractual, security, legal or accounting purpose. Retention is limited to what is reasonably necessary and is reviewed when the purpose, service or legal requirement changes.

Business enquiries and related correspondence are retained while a discussion is active and afterwards only as needed for follow-up, relationship records, legal obligations or dispute handling. Unneeded records are deleted or anonymised through periodic review.

Service-data retention is product-specific and is controlled by the applicable order, service settings, customer instructions and legal requirements. No website statement overrides an agreed retention schedule.

Authentication, audit, security, billing, tax and contractual records may be retained for longer periods where needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, collect fees, meet statutory obligations or establish and defend legal claims.

Deletion from an active system may not immediately remove copies from backups where an applicable service uses them. Backup handling, including encryption, isolation and expiry, is product-specific and follows the applicable verified architecture, approved order or service schedule, backup cycle and legal retention requirements.
