Data Residency Policy

A website region page, company address or customer location does not by itself establish where production customer data is hosted. Data residency is product-specific and must be confirmed in the applicable order or service schedule.

The public website may be delivered through a global content-delivery and security network. Ordinary website request metadata may be processed in multiple locations as required for performance and protection.

Before a commercial production service begins, ModuAxis will identify the approved hosting arrangement and any material data-location commitment applicable to that service. Private-cloud, on-premises or specific-region hosting is not available unless expressly agreed in writing.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, ModuAxis will use a lawful transfer basis where required and will provide relevant information through the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, subprocessor notice or customer agreement.
