Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy applies to every person who accesses a ModuAxis website, account, software service, agent, connector, API or related system. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their authorised users comply with it.

You may use ModuAxis services only for lawful business purposes, within the purchased scope and with all notices, permissions and authority required by applicable law, contract, employment policy and data protection rules.

• illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or rights-infringing activity;
• unauthorised access, credential sharing, security testing or circumvention of controls;
• malware, denial-of-service activity, harmful automation or interference with another customer;
• collection or monitoring of information without lawful authority and appropriate notice;
• covert surveillance, discriminatory profiling or automatic punitive employment decisions;
• spam, impersonation, phishing or distribution of unlawful content;
• resale, sublicensing or third-party service provision without written approval; and
• use that materially exceeds documented technical limits or threatens service stability.

Users must protect credentials, use supported software, apply required updates, promptly report suspected compromise and cooperate with reasonable security investigations. Customers must remove access when a user no longer requires it.

ModuAxis may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend affected access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, individuals or the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination and referral to authorities.
